Well, he doesn't like getting hit, and he admits it, and he will get rid of the ball if he can see the hit coming!!!

Getting pressure on him is definitely key. You can't let him get comfortable and just pick a secondary apart. TN put very little pressure on him. He will see a different defense this week.

Agreed. Rattler looks good when he gets in a groove and has time to throw. UT let him get rolling and made it easy on him. Get pressure and make him uncomfortable and I think you will see a much less efficient passing game. Plus, UT's front seven isn't in the same category as the Tigers.

He made some seriously good throws Saturday night. Everyone is trashing TN's secondary, but they're going to be tough to beat if he has time and can make those throws against us.

Well Tennessee gave him enough time to make and eat a ham sandwich back there all game. Will be a different scenario this Saturday. I can see a 5 or 6 sack day and a dozen hurries.

The South Carolina Gamecocks are undefeated in night games this season. They are also winless in noon games. S Carolina at Clemson is scheduled for Nov. 26th at noon.

Our defensive front seven need to put royal pressure on him every play to take him off his reads! This will be the key to victory over the Gamecocks!

TN has just been "okay in terms of pressure" on the QB~ Rattler and company in my opinion are in for a rude awakening Saturday.
Florida, who does not have the most explosive offense in the world, but does have similar pieces to Clemson on Defense is more of how I see this game playing out.
Middle pressure and challenging those receiver(jam them) off the line. I didn't see TN try that at all(could be wrong; I just don't recall seeing it). Wells(#3 or 5 whatever) kind of was not on the TN scouting report. He "will be on Clemson's"!
Because we have dudes up the middle who can provide pressure; I see them struggling like they did in the game they had against Florida! A Florida team who, BTW lost to Vanderbilt.

Were they "suddenly good or were they just lucky"? 38-6 Seems like I recall a bunch of Shamecock fans saying last year, "we beat Florida, so we should beat Clemson"! Stupid SEC logic. How did that work out for them last year in a "so called" bad year for Clemson at their place? #Fools Gold #1timedon'tmakeyoutheshhh
