My Mom left this world Saturday, would have been 102 shortly. I was actually relieved as she had been suffering greatly for the last month. Fair winds, to a wonderful lady!

She would have been a teen during the Great Depression and almost 20 when Pearl Harbor was bombed . Doubt much could have rattled her. She had seen alot.

I went through this exact thing a year ago. My sympathies and best wishes for all of you. I miss my mom everyday in some way. When I think of her life span and what she saw over that time it is a very amazing period of history.
