ESPN is set to offer the WNBA a 2 BILLION (with a B) TV package.
The total package the ACC signed was 1.86 Billion till 2036
At what point does that not have to be a point of contention. Clemson football viewership alone dwarfs the entire WNBA.
This should 100 percent be a talking point in regards to the current suit.

Basically, ESPN is penalizing the schools they have a contract with in order to manage the entire market
Thats not even remotely legal
Just sayin.

Read the history of the deal...all the schools were slobbering over it...our president hailed it...don't just assume that the money changers are telling you the truth...in 10 years did anyone not cash the checks...a ship of fools guided by Captain Crunch!

Nothing that I know of that can be smoked to alter the mind would be intoxicating enough to cause anybody to be that dumb. So, it had to be something that's eatable or drinkable...

Basically gross incompetence displayed by the ACC administration. If the long range deal was such a smart move when Swofford did it, why didn't the other stupid conferences like the SEC and Big do the same thing?

Everyone had attorneys, boards, presidents, lot of folks with great business minds...even with lots of attorneys...everyone saw more money than they were making...multiple times...us too...it was back before we won natties and got the big head...before Dabos dream kicked in and everyone wanted to be like us...after a couple of above average seasons by anyone else's standards the feces has hit the air agitator, coots are breaking down our door and the magic in those hills was just Danny's pot farm...take another Prozac...it ain't over yet!
