Maybe with ….Pittsburg Steelers.
The guy was hot & cold at Clemson..saying he never was highly consistent or at the very top of his game all the time imo as say Sammy Watkins but injuries may have been a set back as well as Clemson having other gifted WRers on the team but he’s been showing off full-time in the NFL and it’s about to give him the jackpot.
Congrats Tennessee-born TEE!
PS: know that today I entered a post correction concerning my above statement that I felt Tee was “hot & cold” while at Clemson based on his injuries But now concede he was great.

I thought he was extremely consistent in college and the pros. As long as he is healthy he is the man.

What are you talking about? Tee was an outstanding WR at Clemson and had a very productive career. He developed into the total package at the position...route running, hands, blocking, etc...

I think he is worth the money if he stays healthy. That's what the top dudes will get. I was hoping he wouldn't go to Pittsburgh though. The Chargers would be great Hebert. I wouldn't mind the Falcons who would have a cheap QB with Penix. Anyway, for some reason the Steelers don't sound like he would thrive. It just seems the QB situation in Pittsburgh is in limbo to an extent. Who knows? Maybe it would be a great spot.

Size and length, not world class but very good speed especially for his height, shown consistent production, still relatively young & entering his prime but personally I wouldn't want my team investing that kind of money in a WR, I'd prefer it spent on the QB, OL, and levels 1&3 of the defense.

I didn't say he was. I said arguably. The kid is tied for most TDs in Clemson history yet you say he wasn't consistent in college. Just doesn't make sense to me why u are showing shade on him when he had an amazing college career.

If this deal comes to fruition, congratulations to him. Tee was one of my favorite Tiger receivers--he excelled.

Anyways I wish my Chargers would spend the money on him but they won't. I'd rather him not go to Pittsburgh though. I hope he stays with the Bengals really.

he along with Mike Williams, Sammy & Nuk as well as Renfro are among the best to ever catch it at Clemson.
Pretty sure Tee is at the top of Clemson all time receiving TD's. There have been plenty who could not live up to potential, but Tee was really great.

All were great and consistent receivers. I really like how Mike Williams developed and just got better and better year after year. Those four were also some of my favorite Tiger players at any position.

Tee Higgins was one of the last great receivers Clemson cultivated into a star. He was around during our golden era of wrs and was a big part of us winning a lot of games. He, Sammy Watkins, Mike Williams and Martavis Bryant were the embodiment of WRU here in tigertown. It's been a few years, but today I think we are back as far as developing elite wrs again. I think Antonio Williams is the real deal and will set the bar for the next generation of Clemson stud receivers.
