I've read 7 Clemson-OU predictions from different sites

And 6 out of the 7, predicted OU winning. If we're the number 1 team, why are we 4 point underdogs?!

When we win the NC they will still have excuses. Despite losing only like 6 or 7 starters we won't be # 1 to open the year but Bama who loses something like 14 or 15 will.

People have bought into the hype of Baker Mayfield being the new "Johnny Football". Oklahoma is a talented team but they ain't faced anything like a rested and hungry Tigers defense all year...

ESPN gives us a 17% chance of winning the whole thing and OU at 39%. I just don't see it

We only beat SCAR by 5 and UNC by 8.

What these morans don't realize is we were curb-stomping both these teams and let 'em back in the game. And that's what happens when you play 10 weeks in a row. Not an excuse....it is what is. We have 3 weeks to rest/prepare. They'll lern the hard way....

An 8 point win over a top 10 team isn't a bad thing. A 7 point loss to a team that was 2-4 and finished 5-7 is a bad thing.
Actually, Clemson's win over UNC is better than an of OU's wins. OU's best win (a 1-point win over a Boykin-less TCU) would be 4th best for Clemson. Clemson also has a double-digit win over a top 10 FSU team, while OU had to score a late TD to get the double-digit team over a backup QB playing Baylor team.
