as they build a new page? Businesses and organizations seldom do this. Can’t the old version of the website stay on-line as they do work on the new one?

There really is no excuse for the way this thing has been handled. Upgrading a site should not take a month. The new site should be built before the old one is ever taken offline.

There have been more more complicated sites completely revamped overnight.
