It would be more realistic for most of us if we had a 6’ 2” or 6’ 1” and below team in basketball and lower the rim 7 inches.

Also a 6’2” and above team, the games would be so much more competitive and the majority of people could actually play the sport with better strategy.

I believe the 6’ 2” and below group would be more athletic overall.”

Man. I just gave you 50,001. Just missed the milestone.

I like the ten foot rim. I was 6’1” before two back operations including a fusion. I now stand at 5’11-1/2”! But, I can jump! I can still jump up and hang off the rim. I don’t jump like that often because it really hurts around the fusion.

Let’s tip it off. I was a great church and industrial league point guard. 🤣

I had a fusion too, I know that pain but I’m so much better now.

I could barely dunk in HS if it came off back board perfectly and I was 5'10. I could not carry a palm or get ball over rim with one hand but I could dunk with ball at rim height. I was a small fellow with a lot of athletic abilities back in the day. I played football as CB, wrestled small weights, played CF baseball, played league basketball, and even played Hockey and Soccer in AK. My biggest regret is I should have focused on football because that was my best sport. Had scholly offers in Football and wrestling and went to Clemson to wrestle only to never wrestle except practice my freshman year. Or should I say beat on my freshman year, ha! Wrestling went away unfortunately.

I’m 6 foot and I could jump for my height until I hurt my back at 45, I can jump again but not like before.

I do think a team for giants and a team for normal guys would be awesome.

I guess It would be neat watching a 5’3” and under league too, Bob could play center!
