We are 21-5 overall, 13-2 in ACC play. Our consistency this year has been remarkable, as has our dominance. Eleven of our 13 ACC wins have been by double digits. We are winning at home and on the road. Simply an Incredible season we are putting together.
This team isn’t getting enough credit from some of you for how well they are playing.

Was still a bad loss and reminded us of the prior CBB years where we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, so our traumas flared up. This team is super good though and deserves a top 16 seed assuming we chalk out. We should be sitting right behind Memphis and ahead of KY.

But I do complain when we underachieve for seasons in a row while our head coach hires unqualified friends of his and refuses to utilize NIL and the portal to their fullest.
But that has nothing to do with our men’s basketball team. Why do so many of you have to make everything about football? Stereotypical Clemson fans.

16 year stretch of brownell tenure we are happy to finally have a little excitement back in the Clemson program.
We still expect to lose the.closer and not have any hardware in the trophy case but at least we are more fun to watch. Plus, we don’t have to listen to your endless list of excuses about why brownell isn’t winning. My all time favorite was when you blamed the pep band.

2021 and 2022 - mediocre at best QB in DJ
2023 - development of Cade Klubnick
2024 - defense. This is the only one remotely resembling the junk you posted in that Wes didn’t work out.
We are still 6th in the country over those 4 years with two ACC championships. It’s not like we fell off the cliff that you’re pretending.

We've beaten Duke, UNC and Ky all in one year. It's phenomenal. Really.
Yes, the ACC is not NEARLY what it has been, but wh0 cares... that doesn't tarnish beating 3 blue bloods in 1 season. It's trulu amazing. No joke.
But we've got to perform in the postseason still.
Are you really that butt-hurt or are you that big of a game player/headcase ? It's one or the other. I'll let you choose.

Yeah, I have to agree that people by and large on T-Net are upset the national media isn't giving us enough credit vs thinking we're not as good.
No doubt the acc is down. Especially because it's the teams that Are down like unc, cuse, va tech, Miami... teams that were supposed to be good. Fair or not, the sec challenge was plain ugly.
Anyway, point is, I think the majority here knows we are really good. I think there's some reservations because we lost to ga tech and we lost to scar...

I look at our final stretch and the optimistic me thinks we should win those games with our eyes closed. The Clemson basketball fan in me thinks, aw crap, which crappy team do we lose to. How we finish this stretch can go a long way to changing those perceptions.

The sec challenge was brutal. Then add to that, we lost to sc who now has lost 12 in a row.
The ACC being so bad is holding us back two ways.
1. Quality wins lacking.
2. Not preparing us for tough close games.

We disagree here. I hate hate hate, the SEC. But they are playing really good ball and the ACC is absolutely horrible. 2 teams ranked. Louisville is close. When was the last time the ACC only got 3 teams in the dance? I’m old and I don’t ever recall that (when opened up.)

It was a solid win from start to finish. Dillon really looked good. Lakhin continues to play well. Wiggins and Jones also had big contributions. Chef was chef, another double double. Lots of assists. Good times!

While you may be correct. The gawdy ACC record is misleading when playing so many really bad teams. We have played 2 decent ACC teams. Lost to Louisville and defeated Duke.
Non conference. Beating Kentucky is good, but they lost again today and have 8 losses. Still good win, but not as stellar as it once was.
We lost to a SC team that has lost 12 straight. What was once a not bad loss, now is.
I like the Clemson team, we look like a team that can do damage.. but the lack of ACC competition is not helping prepare us for tough games.

and this most definitely is one. Kudos all around. We don't need essays or years of comparison statistics in attempts to shame our understanding of the game to see this, unlike many prior seasons. This lack of credit claim is manufactured BS.
While the ACC is definitely down as a league this year that doesn't take away from our accomplishments. We are taking care of business like we are supposed to against teams we are expected to beat, with a few 'that's just basketball' exceptions, and rising up in bright light moments. Brad has assembled an excellent cast and most fans are optimistic that we will have an accordingly prosperous post-season in line with that.
Try and enjoy the moment.
