ESPN analyst says Clemson has "best four QBs ever" assembled on one roster
Photo by Joshua S. Kelly / USATODAYESPN college football analyst Tom Luginbill has been around the game of football and quarterbacks for most of his life, including playing, coaching and scouting. Currently, he’s the National Recruiting Director for ESPN, and he spent last Saturday on the field in Death Valley watching Clemson’s spring game. He was blown away with what he saw. Full Story » |

Had he had been that close to Deshaun he would have understood why he was the best QB in the draft by far too.

Tom is right 110% with his analysis that Clemson has great but healthy problems

that will make the program even better than ever if it plays out right.
And, he noticed the high quality of QB talent and the virtual-like game environment with players actually hitting & tackling.
Saying..hellO to a 4th Straight Natty Play-Off Selection Team named CLEMSON!

Could be quite daunting for opposing defenses to see several Clemson qbs every game. All sorts of schemes and play calling. Could be fascinating. GoooooooTigers!!!!!!!!!!!

???? NO , your offense will never develop a leader , like Deshaun Watson that they can look to when the going gets tough! Multiple QBs usually end in disaster ,...like the Cleveland Browns!

Dabo is certainly making a lot of right moves

But I also think The Chad helped Dabo assess how things are done, how to play with an edge, going ones-vs-ones, the live hitting, etc.
Certainly no criticism of Dabo but it makes me ever more thankful that he hired Morris as I feel his influence was pervasive and allowed Dabo to be The Dabo we see now.

Chad Morris will do a lot for Arkansas. If he hired a good defensive coach ,..look out for the Razorbacks.

I think Tee Higgins exposed the CBs. Can we cover big receivers ? Texas A&M had some big WRs ,like Mike Evans but he is in the NFL now. Jimbo Fisher will improve their offense even more than it was last year and he has caused us fits in the past. That is a very concerning game for us especially if Kelly Bryant plays like he did against Bama.

It didn't look like KB has improved from the Bama Game

Still unable to move the chains. Even when he tried to run, he got TFL. Time to move on to TL. TL played better than all the rest.
HJ is a distant 2
CB is third.
KB 4th.

not so sure you can truthfully say HJ is a distant second based on spring game. However, based only on Saturday, I would say they are neck and neck.

Hunter Johnson looked good passing and running the ball . Trevor Lawrence can sling it but can he run to extend plays . He made some runs but the DL was not able to go all out . Hunter knows the offense now and with a year of experience he looked the QB part. I still believe Kelly Bryant will be the starter against Furman and Texas A&M ,just look at what Tony Elliott said after the game. He won't be forced out until he plays bad in a game , which could happen in College Station .
