Rumors continue that Saban would like to return to the sidelines
You can tell he’s unhappy sitting beside what’s his face on GameDay
VT is desperate for success. They would give him the keys to Blacksburg.
With Clemson faltering, the path to the CFP would be much easier in the ACC
Only question is can the Hokies afford to buy the players he needs to win.

Saban in 72 yrs old and in good shape and enjoying more time with family. That said, Va Tech is close to his origins in West Virginia, but no highest tier coach is going to accept a job in the ACC when the B1G and the SEC have all the money to pay players and win.
And Beamer would be foolish to leave the SEC gravy train at South Carolina to take on the train wreck at Va Tech.

Only time I ever watch McAfee is friday during football season because he has Saban on.
He asked Saban point blank if he wants to come back and he categorically said no. He loves his quality of life, he misses developing young people into being better men but thats not the case in CFB anymore, and Ms. Terry would kill him if he went back into coaching again.
He's not coming back full stop. He looked miserable when he was winning titles, that's just his resting face.

I do not care what his new Disney overlords make him say now on GameDay.
He doesn't mind nil because he had always looked the other way when his pkayers got cash.
He absolutely hates the transfer rules.
He is a control freak and hates not having control over his players.
