with his "hash" commentary every time we line up ? Is Munson really the best we could do? He sucks. And he's creepy.

If you’ve listened to the Braves announcer he has a polished voice but really does a great job. Part of it is that he’s a baritone, not a high tenor or soprano like Don. I listen to their games a decent amount and I’m not even a Braves fan, just like hearing the presentation.

He was hired as Clemson’s director Director of Broadcasting , because he was buddies with Dabo. Pretty sure they go to church together. As soon as he was promoted to that position, he fired Pete Yannity and made himself the play-by-play announcer. The most self-aggrandizing move I think I’ve ever witnessed in Clemson sports.

He does need to change up his verbiage some. Some announcers will refer to wide side of the field to the field to the right or left instead of drilling listeners with "hash." He also is annoying with his shrill emphasis of vowel sounds. Dulcet tones are more pleasing to the ears.

Lately, he's even started with this "ball carrier EATEN UP for no yardage" or "Ball carrier SWALLOWED UP for no yardage" crap. It's getting difficult to listen to his cringeworthy game calling.

The one that drives me crazy and it may not be him is the guy that calls a fly ball in baseball
