Is Clemson softball even coming home between games?

I mean, they played Liberty last night in Virginia, and then they play Va Tech tomorrow, only a few hours away from Liberty. Just curious if they even bothered coming home. Hopefully they are staying up there.

Gotta get at least 2 out of the 3 from Va Tech this weekend, but a sweep is obviously ideal. Wed game really hurt the chances to host a regional and also Val's POY candidacy. These ladies have a LOT of talent. Just have to get some consistency going and keep the petal to the medal!

I would hope so. That would be silly to come home then turn around and travel back. Probably why they scheduled that midweek game at Liberty to begin with.

I remember riding on a the school vans all the way up and back to UVa in Charlottesville and then turning around a week later (if not less) and driving to and from Maryland.

We didn't have the advantage/luxury of virtual classes.

The distance from Lynchburg to Blacksburg is no more than 2-1/2 hours by bus and I would suspect they are camped out either at VY area or Roanoke by now.
No way that loss last night should cost Clemson a regional. But they need to win the VT series now.
