That’s the condition the ACC is in. Teams like East Carolina University are competing and beating up on the conference

Also those two teams and fan bases absolutely hate each other. 35 years ago ECU beat NCSU in Carter-finley and their fans stormed the field, injured several security personnel, tore down both goal post, and vandalized the stadium. NCSU was so pissed they refused to play em for a decade. Remember how mad we were about two cacks running down the hill after our loss? Multiple that by a thousand. The bad blood didn't start on Saturday.

Just another reason I only watch Clemson games. These kids make money and feel like there are no rules… anything goes… pathetic that we have let it get to this point.

I have always said there is something about the schools and their fans on the more eastern side of the Carolina's that are extra Red. (Looking at Nancy, ECU and the coots)

During the game.
But on a sidenote, I find it hilarious that people are shocked when stuff like this happens. These are strong, aggressive and super masculine guys, whos main purpose in life is to smash their bodies into each other at full speed. Stuff like this is going to happen. And obviously it has happened at clemson before.

Let's be honest.... has always happened and will continue to happen. If I remember correctly, wasn't there a brawl that kept us out of a bowl game vs Cooterville not too long ago? Our fans threw bottles on the field too this year.
That cut on the referee though is no beuno. That should not have happened.
Bowden used to tell his players, "I don't care if you get an unsportsmanlike late hit out of bounds, but if you do, you better knock him out".
Remember the Saints bounty on opposing offenses?
Football is a violent sport of collisions. The rules to improve player safety are good, but its a violent sport.
How many of you got into a bar fight when you were in college?
Let's be honest... its just on TV and the internet now. I thank God everyday the internet and social media weren't around when I was growing up and at Clemson.
