Coworker (BD Director) is heading to SC with our clients to chat with a few electric companies on our abilities to provide inspection and engineering services.

As I'm walking past his office, he asks me (completely serious) "Hey, we're flying into Charleston and our first meeting isn't until mid day the next day. You're from around there...anything cool to see?"

He's from Michigan, not from Ohio, which may explain it. However, he also thought that Charleston was inland quiteaways.

His next stop will be in Columbia to visit SCE&G. He asked me the same question. I told him no, unless he enjoyed public sexcapades, but those usually occur only on Saturdays so he's out of luck. I did take pity on him and tell him to stay the hell out of Five Points...we'll see if he takes my advice.

Tell him people like to dive off the Cooper river bridge and then swim to fort Sumter and back.

Please tell him to not look around so he doesn't want to stay here. Tell him if he does visit somewhere stick to north Charleston. particularly dorchester road near I26
