Thoughts?

Do you think it was DRad getting out at the right time or is Neff just not getting it done?

Maybe it's all pure coincidence but it seems like a lot of disappointment this year, especially losing to the Coots in the big 3: Football, Basketball, and Baseball.

I think D Rad and Neff were and are hanging on to Dabo's coat tail. They probably pray every single night that Dabo stays in Clemson forever to make AD's look more qualified then they are.

Good point. I haven't thought of that angle.

Very disappointed in the chicken results (so far). 8-29. Still pissed.

The only program I’m unsatisfied with this morning is Men’s basketball. I’ll give Bakich a few years before I judge him. Football certainly had a disappointing year, but it looks like the problems have been fixed and next year look promising.

There are a good bit of positives for our athletic department. Softball is elite and the new lacrosse team has looked promising. Soccer is still top tier and Women’s basketball has been steadily (but slowly) trending in the right direction.

A lot of people are on Neff right now for the way he’s handled Brownell and the scrutiny is deserved. But if Neff makes some easy moves we could reflect later and see this was the worst year of the decade athletically.

And if this is the worst, that’s a pretty dang good decade.
