for RB to get his Heisman trophy reinstated. RB and his family committed significant NCAA violations including receiving all manner of impermissible benefits. It is totally irrelevant that the landscape of collegiate athletics has shifted and pay for play is now permissible. Everything RB did was totally completely and entirely illegal at the time. What a complete load !!!

I disagree. Sentences and prison time are changed all the time when laws change. Look no further than marijuana

doesn't mean they should have been immune from the consequences of their actions when it was illegal. The changing college landscape doesn't justify his conduct in 2003 thru 2005.

I would be fine with him getting his Heisman. He did the work on the field. He was poor living in California. The people who took his Heisman would have done the same #### thing of the roles were reversed and have probably been a part of far worse corruption.

My beer is that Spiller should have won it instead of RB. But since he won it...It's his

What about Shoeless Joe Jackson? If Bush gets his Heisman back, Shoeless Joe should have the black mark removed from his records. I'm not sure if they ever provded he took money to throw the gamese
