refusal to use the portal and not pay NIL to recruits be considered “”with cauae” and allow Clemson to avoid the buyout? In other words his action could be considered deliberate and detrimental to the program. I would think the contract has some out for us if based on actions or lack thereof deemed to be damaging to the program and university. Just a thought.
