I'm not a recruiter (I swear), but our services need more volunteers. It's the best thing I have ever done for myself. Please encourage young folks as much as you can. Wrong bored, Go Tigers carry on... This country is the best place on Earth. Thanks to all the other veterans. I sure do appreciate it

My dad is Army Disabled Vet, he tried to get me to go to military school. Had wrestling schollie offer to Citadel and academic to Kingston Marine Military College. He really pushed for me for Kingston because my love of water and graduate as officer in Navy or Coast Guard. But I went to Clemson on a greyshirt and never wrestled as the program got cancelled. Always wondered what life would be like with a Military commitment? Many family members are proud retirees.

I echo your sentiments. In some ways it was the hardest thing to do, but well worth it. I would do it again.
