In rank order, I do not believe his top goal is to win every game or to win national championships. It would be his stump speech of developing character, graduating players, growing young men.

I think those are great too but his job is to win football games and in doing so, win championships.

-give my sons jobs
-give my friends jobs
-give my friends sons jobs
-provide a culture that teaches athletes that football isn't everything
-get the NFL draft count per class down to zero

Unfortunately, this post is overall true. The level of coordinators we have hired in the past six years has declined Substantially.

2. Win the State Championship
4. Win the Conference
5. Win the Bowl Game(s) aka playoffs

Program aka Culuture Goals
1. Graduate Players
2. Equip players with tools for life
3. Have a great college experience
4. Win a championship
