If anyone disagrees with that…you must not have watched the game.

the amount of times our d-line was in the backfield Cade would not have gotten away like Sellers was able to. We would've had 5 to 6 sacks in that game. I don't know if their Offensive Line was allowing us in or what but we were pushing them back routinely. Its possible they were letting us get deep so he could slip through the hole in the pocket. B/c they figured out our LB's were not good enough to open field tackle him.

While he's good now.. if he continues to run as much as he does, he'll eventually get hurt b/c he runs so physical. ITs one thing if you're elusive you can sometimes avoid injury but if you're running physical that shoulder or those knees are going to take a toll.

In fairness, the offense has improved in a lot of areas this season. Cade and the receivers played a lot better this year. Hopefully Cade and the offense will take another major step forward this offseason.

Our running game is nowhere close to where it needs to be. And this falls squarely on Riley's shoulders. 4th and 1 in the 1st half, the coots knew what was coming. Had 750 extra lbs of blockers in front of Mafah to get the 1st down and got stuffed.

How many times this season did we see the sweep to the outside and Mafah is not fast enough to get the edge and gets tackled for a loss?

After 11 games how do we not have another, faster RB developed and ready to go to give the offense a change of pace and the opponents defense something else to defend?

Our defense held them to 17 points and we lost. The defense played fairly well except for about 5 plays. Most of the time when you allow the opponent to score 17 points YOU WIN THE GAME! I personally put more blame on the offense. Highest paid O-coordinator in the game and we score 14 points in game 11 of the season.

Facts. Sellers looks to be like a generational talent. Cade is a good to very good college QB. He isn't close to being generational at anything.
