Is as unprepared as is suggested here then why is he still on the team? He’s riding the bench for a THIRD season. How many years do you expect to have to develop a player??? WHO is taking us to Baton Rouge to start next season???

I think Vizzina would be playing more if we weren’t laying eggs in every game.
I’m sure there was a series of plays for Troy but that didn’t work. Same with Cuse. Perhaps if we can somehow get on track we can see more of him on the field .

Met a guy yesterday who's son is a GA coach this year. He has been to several practices as this year. He informed me that Vizzina is absolutely not ready to play. I was disappointed to hear that is the case. Want the best for the kid since he's been with us for (3) years now.

I tend to think if Vizzina was really a good QB, he wouldn’t allow himself to rot away for years on the bench. Someone would have gotten information on him and made him an offer to transfer. Even a smaller school. I would love to see him come in and be a spark, but would he still be here if that was really possible?

Because Dabo and Mike4tigers keep promoting this roster retention we have even though most of this roster is not capable of playing at his level . This is why we have zero depth on defense

Our only hope for the near future is that either Denson or Reynolds becomes a stud, as of now....it's not looking to promising at the QB position. But at the same time, its not like it can get much worse.

Its tough to find QBs willing to be career backups

in this era of CFB. Any decent QB is going to transfer out looking for a starting gig. You arent going to find many good backups these days unless its a highly touted FR thats just willing to sit for a year, or possibly a kid that transferred in thinking he could win the starting job but didnt.
Anyway, Vizzina is still on the roster because we need a backup in the event Cade gets hurt.
I dont know what the plan is next year, but it sure doesnt look like that guy is on our current roster or in our current group of 2026 commits. Can we find one in the portal?

this should be the case with every backup on the team at every position. If the backups aren’t starters, we really don’t need them. This is a coaching issue.
