Get over the coot loss!!!!!!! GET OVER ITTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!
Dec 9, 2012, 5:31 PM

WE play LSU in a great bowl.............tons of rivals lose four straight to the other.......it happens.....we just haven't ever really had a rival with the coots so we can't handle it............stf up about it already........we got a major chance to make another statement against LSU and I believe we can beat them, and yes we should have beat the coots. We abandoned the run and Nuk and Sammy choked on some perfectly thrown balls.

I'm as die-hard a Clemson fan as anybody. But you make it sound like your mourning the loss of a loved one... I love Clemson football more than any other THING, but this is football. We lost a football game. Nobody died. No self-respecting adult should let this keep them down for so long... If you're so insecure that you let what your friends and co-workers say about your football team affect you this much, then you might want to consider therapy...
If you're a true fan, a loss like this will hurt. But if you're a true man, you'll get over it and move on!
Grow up, grow a pair, and move on with your life. For crying out loud!
It is embarrassing to see a bunch of men (many of whom I assume are fellow alumni) cry like a bunch of little boys.

thank you!!!!!!!!!! Finally some one who can move on and talk some football........what's up man? I'm LuciusVI. Been a fan for 33 years every since I was a baby. Danny held me on his knee for a photo when I was bout 4 years old. Glad to see there ares some fans who can get over losses. Yes, I hate to lose to the coots, but comparing it to a loved one like you said, dying........pathetic. My father is dying of Cancer, a very aggressive cancer so I just wanna slap that dude across the jaw, like in Tombstone, and tell him to skin that smokewagon......and call him f***** P****y to his face and watch him cry about it.

my mind about Clemson football. And yes, when it comes to Clemson football I am hurting. If you've followed Clemson football for more than 4 years and are used to beating USuC you should be too. Does it affect my everyday life? No. But continue to judge me personally based on this handle.

When a coot fan says something just say yep you won congrats. Don't get in an argument with them. I work with coots and hear them too, but doesn't really bother me that bad. Wish we'd beat them, but we didn't, so move on and hope for next year. We play a huge game in a few weeks, so time to get pumped for that one. Whining isn't gonna change anything. Recruiting more talent on defense is what will do it and Dabo is doing that

that much more. "...why couldn't we have played like that AT HOME against OUR RIVAL," for example.
With that said I don't think we beat LSU. They're tougher, more physical and better up front.

email Sammy and Nuk and asked them why the H*** they couldn't catch a wide open pass.......or why Chad stopped sending MCDowell between Clowney and the Tackle as he rushed Tajh outside all night............it's their fault. The dropped the passes, that could have established critical drives but instead Sammy, although I support the legalization of the cheeba.......should lay off during the season.....it's obvious he isn't focused because he smokes too much.........it's f****ing pathetic

seriously interested in playing the game....it is quite a fall for them considering they thought they were destined to play for the MNC.
That is the best advantage...slighly unmotivated\unfocused LSU team.
But if Clemson can not slow down their power running game and can not protect the QB, then it will be a long day. People imagined that SC is a "thuggish" team, word of advice, don't give LSU the opportunity or people will learn what a "thuggish" team really is.

You're clearly one of those people who can only see the glass as half empty. You've decided that life is miserable and the only way to cope is to drone on and on about how imperfect things are.
To say that beating LSU (a perennial top-5 team, who just competed for the national championship last year, & remains one of the most well-respected programs in the nation) would make you feel WORSE is beyond irrationally negative thinking... it proves that NOTHING will ever make you happy.
You're like the guy I was sitting in front of last year during the UNC game. Clemson was undefeated at the time and we were whooping their butts. We converted a first down with a 35 yard completion and this guy yelled & complained that he felt the refs spotted the ball a yard short! Really? Do you not see how ridiculous this is?
You're irrationally inclined to see the worse, addicted to complaining, and obsessed with your rival. GET OVER IT & GET A LIFE!
just had to get that off my chest. I'm done.

Dec 9, 2012, 6:22 PM

South Carolina is more than repugnant. However, after nearly 50 years, since my freshman year, and nearly 500 Clemson football games, I've had to learn to take the bad along with the good, even as disgusting as it is at times. I have absolutely no doubt that everyone from the BOT to President Barker to the AD to Dabo Swinney have heard earfuls from irate grads and fans about the S.C. loss and that the peating needs to come to a screeching halt! So, now I'll do what I always do: allow my adrenaline to go into high gear for the LSU game.
WE WANT THIS WIN! D@MMIT, BEAT THE H3LL OUTA LSU!!!!!

Georgia has beaten Georgia Tech 11 out of the last 12 years. That would be something to complain about. I know I am willing to accept mediocrity according to the people on here. Not really but I do know that Carolina has one of the best coaches in the country, they have the best players that they have ever had and it sucks. We are going to have to get better to beat them and that isn't going to happen complaining about them beating us or wanting to fire our staff. We have gotten better each year since Dabo has taken over and I don't think that is going to change.

An LSU win would help alot but many of us are realists here...We haven't really had a win we can hang our hat on this year. We lost to FSU and the rest of the ACC blows. We lost to our rival at home again and LSU is cut from a similar mold...We can win but we're going to have to see something out of our defense that we haven't seen in over two years.

for our game, talk about cry babies. Good Lord if you can't get pumped at playing LSU and believe we have a great shot, then you aren't real Tigers. I always believe my Tigers can win and LSU hasn't exactly looked great on offense this year. Ole Miss and Ark out played them, Ole Miss had 35 points on them. I say bring it on and let's get it done Tigers
