a much better position with him at the helm than prior as they were 1 late loss from the playoff this year. Time will tell, but I dont think they're going down to the bottom anytime soon

Neff said he has confidence that men and Coach Brownell and even mentioned women and Coach Poppie can adapt and evaluate quality players to add and to their rosters.

over non existent job interest from Indiana. The more that has been released it appears the WVU coach was their guy the whole time and any other name including Brownells was just smoke or fall back plans.

awhile, so much so they are being accused of tampering by WVU. He was clearly their #1 and any contact they had with any of the other candidates appears on the surface to be as fall back options. They may have indeed contacted Brad, but nothing supports that he was offered the job and turned it down.

No outside interest then either and they extended right before he fell flat on his face in the NIT. There was no reason to rush it then but they did.
