The talent runs deep every year on the UGA squad. They destroyed Clemson and won the SEC. They lose to a good ND team with a QB that had never started a game or thrown a touchdown. ND took away the run and they couldn't get it done with one dimension. Of course they did manage to hold the Irish to 200 yards of offense. They lose on a kick return and two fumbles. Their fourth string running back was the #1 rated RB in the country out of HS. I would fully expect them to be knocking on the door again next year with another loaded team although losing Todd Monken to the Ravens hurt. When was the last time the NFL got a Clemson coordinator to run the show? Bobo is not Monken but they can probably give him another year considering the QB injury.

43-18-4 is Georgia's record against Clemson. Why are Clemson fans throwing rocks at the Bulldogs? Beyond the Natty's there isn't much to crow about and there's nothing on the horizon that changes things. They have the talent in state, they own the state, they recruit well every year, and they will always be a factor regardless of how much Phil Knight or any other billionaire decides to throw at a team. If Clemson could win the next 25 games in a row against UGA then we could call it a rivalry.
