Jacoby Ford, but I think Wiggins may have ran a faster unofficial 40 at the combine.
Officially I think they both ran a 4.28

40s, they ars all close, but Ford hit 10.1 in the 100, that is blazing for a football player and track scholarship worthy. I am not sure if the guys before him, but I seem to recall Wiggins being in the 10.5 range. Justin Miller was 10.6, SPiller 10.3, and these are all blazing fast.

Jacoby Ford was so quick and fast that no one ever bothered teaching him how to run a route properly or correctly identify what coverage the defense was running. Or so I’ve heard.

Fastest can mean different things. Ford was likely fastest in straight line speed but CJ had better football speed (quicker)

It was Ben Boulware but he hid it so it was his secret to pull out against UGA or Alabama.
Renfrow was a close second but was hurt for the combine.
Renfrow is coming back to coach in 3 years!
Racism kept him out of fastest guy!
