According to Lunardi only 19% of division 1 teams make the NCAA Tournament.

in terms of the number of NCAA Tournament appearances over the last 14 years. I bet Clemson is right near the bottom.

It was harder to find specifically for last 14 years. Overall, Clemson is around 95th with 12 tourney appearances. They have been to sweet 16 3 times and once to elite 8.

I should have included that this ranking was for all Division 1 and not just P5. We are tied with Auburn which I found surprising.
