members? Did that change? If not, you can cross that one off the list for Clemson.
BTW USC and UCLA are both members.
ACC schools that are current members: Pitt, Duke, UVA, GT, and UNC.

Nebraska is not. They're the only one and I heard they're working on admittance.

Nebraska was an AAU member when they were admitted to the B1G. They haven't been a member for a while (kicked out). Maybe they're trying to be readmitted?

That is one---amongst many---reasons why I don't think the BIG is a realistic option for Clemson.

UNC's academic fraud situation makes the AAU something of a joke.
That said, the absence of AAU status for Clemson may indeed end up being a big deal re: the B1G option.

Nebraska lost their AAU acredidation before being accepted. Norte Dame is not AAU either. This is the same type of internet rumor that goes along with the supposed gentlemens SEC agreement that USCe and Florida can keep us and FSU out of the SEC. Hogwash. Money trumps all anyways.
