I’d buy a pair for 14 yo but he wears a size 15. He’s been designing his own Tiger shoes for a couple of years now.

No, they are not better than that, they are what you see, and all of their products with the check logo are sold at an inflated price!!! The only product that I would buy with their check mark logo, is their baseball caps, they do have a good wearing baseball cap....

I'll stick with my New Balance shoes, which at least some of, are made in the USA! The New Balance I am wearing now cost only about $60, and are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

A piece of really good advice that I'm sure that you're aware of, that is never trade in what's known comfort for the bling that can only be seen on the computer, and gotten through the mail "unless", you are buying with an agreement, that it can be return with 100% of the purchase price credited back into your account. If not, it's a given that you're going to end up with a very chitty deal that the bling pulled you into.
I want to also add that, the ortho shoes that I wear, and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I buy them with under a seller agreement that I can wear them for 90 days, and if for any reason I'm not satisfied, I can return them for a full refund, or I can order a different pair, or the same pair of a different size. That is a fact bc, I have returned a pair once that just didn't feel good on my feet, and they gave me a full refund, that I used to buy another pair with. When a dealer/manufacture is sure about the product they are selling you, that's the type of deal they make with you to sell their product. would you end up making more money? Because they're kind of novelty and not really practical for the day to day. I would think you would get more people willing to buy them for a decently elevated price but when you see $130 you know FOR SURE they are not for you. Definitely would be an impulse purchase but you don't even have to worry about at that price..
BTW these renditions are gettting worse every year. The first pair they came out with that were the white ones were pretty good. After that its been reach after reach.

FYI: If you use code PA9FDCRT21 at fanatics you will get 30% off your entire order. This puts these shoes around $90 which is a lot more reasonable.

Nike shoes look cheaper and cheaper every time that they come out with a new one. It's hard to find a good quality product when its built in an Asian sweat shop.

Do you think the product would come out better here in the US?
I work for a company that has factories both domestic and abroad. Abroad beats the pants off out domestic when it comes to quality and packaging.
People abroad will work circles around US workers.
Add in it's cheaper, even with shipping cost it's a no brainer.
What most people don't realize is that the factories are in places where people can't even get jobs overseas, the conditions are great and pay is very good compared to anything else they can find.

The shoe still looks cheaply made. I don't like the plastic, foam sole or the paper thin body. IMO, in the past 7 years the target market changed to a flashy, solid yet horrendous color in the majority of their styles. That's my opinion but I'm not asking you to throw away your wardrobe. lol
I quit buying Nike years ago and buy only Brooks or ASICS (both made in Vietnam and Japan) but both superior quality.
Show me exactly where I said foreigners don't work harder. You get what you pay for.

For what it's worth, it's a leather piece there, not plastic.
I agree in that I don't like the design on the midsole, but I also know this is a takedown of their Zoom Vaporfly Next%.
Just wanted to make sure you know that Brooks and Asics are made in the same kinda of "Asian sweat shops" that Nike's are. Though, I agree that Brooks, as a whole, are making better fitting shoes for the masses. Asics has improved drastically the last 2 years too.
Are the designers and designs different, sure, but the idea that Nike is alone in what they pay their employees and where they build most of their products are the very similar.

I pray one day Clemson will choose principle over the mighty dollar and will cut ties with Nike and align with a different company. I would love to buy Clemson Gear but will NEVER buy an item from Nike and quite frankly am ashamed and embarrased that the school I love so much is so closely associated with a company that clearly hates the country that I love so much.
