I'd start by cutting Morris's pay in half, firing Batson, Caldwell, and who ever coaches special teams. Second; no more scholarships wasted on sob stories (D Rod) or unathletic white boys.(Humphries, Suckinger) Sorry, but this is supposed to be big boy college football, not UNICEF. If you can't cut it, we're not wasting ANY scholarships on you. This is an arms race and we will continue to fall behind the elite programs with Dabo's sob story scholarship program.

Do you really think Morris will take a pay cut . He would be gone. I do think something drastic has to be done about returns though.
