Still no sign of Jadeveon Clowney at Texans practice, but the team remains optimistic the former No. 1 overall pick will be an impact player this season. J.J. Watt praised Clowney for showing increased maturity. Clowney and Johnny Manziel should stage an Increased Maturity-Off this summer. Who's not watching?

I saw him today in Rock Hill

He was honored today at a youth football camp in Rock Hill where he played youth league football. This was scheduled months ago. His jersey was retired. Chris Hope's jersey was retired last year. Rock Hill has a large youth league program which is Christian based. The coaches do a good job.

Clowney looked good and moved fine. I am not certain what kind of shape he is in, but he looked good.

Coach O'Brien expects him back for the opening game. Many have been impressed with his rehab and maturity. I am sure to the chagrin of tnetters.

I wouldn't call it a fail, but rather him being Clowney, not living up to ESPN expectations and not impressing everyone else. Also I wouldn't call it an embarrassment for the whole state, but an embarrassment for the USuCk and its fans.
