watching a senior QB named Billy Lott lead the Clemson Tigers. He had been a back-up for most of his tenure to a star named Steve Fuller, and was able to take the reins for one season before he departed. A bright, athletic, soon to be legend, named Homer Jordan would then come in and lead the Tigers to the promised land, under the direction of a great young coach who would eventually be enshrined in the ring of honor at Clemson. Sound familiar? Could happen again! Goooooooo Tigers, beat them nasty Injuns!!!
