Sadly - it’s kind of a cool bar. Neal and Pam’s in Surfside beach. Owner took over from “Neal and Pam” and is a younger guy, coot grad. Think the previous owners were coots too.

WAY more than your average bar. When you cater to a low class clientele, you get low class behavior. I do thank them for warning Clemson fans, so that none of us stray into that dump by accident.

I'm sure the owners knew that they would alienate Clemson fans by putting up the sign. So what? If Clemson fans avoid the place and it goes under as a result (or he has to sell), such is life. He thought it would be more important (or more fun?) to stake his claim as a Gamecock establishment. I'm sure there are Clemson establishments too.
It's supposed to be a rivalry, right?

I would classify it as dumb, not terrible. I do not care what this place does. If I owned a bar/restaurant I can promise you I would not be posting things that take away from my bottom dollar. and this 100 percent does.
