What is happening at Clemson is bigger than a national championship. That Dabo has built us up for more than a title run. The man himself has recently said when he is gone (not bolting to coach at another program) Clemson will still be there (something to that effect) and by that he means decades. Low and behold Reece said it last night in his post game talks, "That Clemson is now a Blue Blood program." A new Blue Blood to go right along side of historic Blue Bloods (had some newish term for it) and he went on to note the present definition of ##########.
Clemson is Dabo's legacy, not some follow-up to the Bear Bryant/Nick Saban show. Tide fans can think what they want but he is all ours, imo, and I am beyond thankful for all he has done and continues to do for our community and university. He and we deserve what is; nothing but class, thanks and appreciation, here.

I think you are absolutely correct. And I thank the Lord and Tommy Bowden for bringing Dabo to Clemson. I hope everyone that has ever worn orange realizes how very blessed we are. Go Tigers and #beatbama!

I agree. The expectations and pressure to win at Bama are so high that I don't see it ending well for the person who replaces Saban when he leaves. I'm sure Dabo understands that taking the job at Bama would be a risky move. Considering the support he gets from the president, AD, donors, community, etc. I cannot think of a reason he would want to leave what he has worked so hard to build to take a job elsewhere.

he didn't go along with their goal. They wanted to have a program like Michigan, OSU, OU, USC and Bama. Dabo told them he wanted to build a program that would make all of them wish they could be like Clemson! I think we're there.
