Dabo is entirely responsible for any discontentment. He’s the one who hired the friends and family coaching staff. We are all suffering the consequences.

I feel like he always gives his people a shot but he’s proven over & over again that he’ll make the tough call when they need to be called. I feel that next call will be WR’s since Jeff Scott is wading in the wings, followed by Austin, then it’s on Wes Goodwin. You can’t let a True Frosh QB on his 1st start comes back on you in the 4th Qtr when up two scores & dominate TOP in 4th like they did.

Cannot envision him doing anything else. What would he do with his time? I think Dabo will coach until he is old and gray, and hopefully, it will always be while wearing Orange.

He will have a tough row to hoe. Been a few years now since you regularly heard the expression “the elites of college football, Bama, Clemson, Ohio State” in the media. Used to hear it everyday. Had to be good for recruiting. Gonna be harder getting dudes to a middle ACC team outside the polls and hardly mentioned.
But he did it before. I do think he will need a spark like the one we got in 2011 when Chad came on board and our offense became the talk of the town. That offense, unfortunately beset with a poor defense, nevertheless created a buzz that made kids want to take a look at Clemson. If we could do all that after the miserable 2010 season, we could do it again.
