What a joke. Their offense looked like garbage all night and their defense played an embarrassingly bad QB. Clemson and Michigandemolosh their opponent. But yeah they are in a league of their own

Yeah I saw this as well. I'm trying to figure out how they get way more credit for beating the #13 team on the road than we do for beating the #12 team on the road last week. Not to mention they were playing a team with an interim coach.

However, don't you think they're getting the benefit of the doubt because they've won so much the last few years?

I want our Clemson Tigers to be the ones to shut that noise down.

Maybe if the headline itself was the only thing. But in the article it mentions that the way Alabama beat LSU was more impressive than the blowout wins the other top teams had this week. And I'm fine with that assessment if they are being consistent. I don't recall that kind of praise being heaped on us last week when we beat FSU. It was seen as more of a squeaker and we just barely got by. In the end, it really doesn't matter what they think. But it's now just funny how they will over hype a Alabama win and if we do something very similar then you don't usually hear as much about it.

I will say this though. Kirk Herbstreit has been a Clemson backer for a few years now. I believe he was one of the first to start picking Clemson and tearing down the narrative of Clemson not begin consistent. Also, just this past weekend, he claimed us as the best team in the nation although that may have something to do with the fact that he picked us to win it all in the preseason. :)

I thought shootouts occurred when MULTIPLE tds were scored in the same game by BOTH teams.
