Did any of you guys happen to catch Beamer’s press conference as he anointed their new OC? He went off on fans, media, and message boards. He called out by name Gene Sapakoff with Post & Courier. You would think this guy has won several national championships with his attitude. Pride does come before the fall. Wow

that working at Coot U, in any capacity, is one of the top jobs in college football, and that just isn't the case. It just isn't. Frankly, it's not even among the top jobs in the Southeast let alone across the entire country.

Wins against the gamecocks will finally mean something now that Beamer is the coach.
Our strength of schedule will improve ..... and that’s a good thing.
Dealing with their fans will remain difficult if not impossible.

I agree, Sap is a butt but also a coot fan and SEC fan. Beamer does not realize that the school that employs him is not relevant in anything but wimmens basketball. This football season was merely a mirage. Things could not have turned out better for them. He is wrong on another thing, their schedule is not better next year. Two of the teams they beat this year are away games next year. That is two losses. Dance and grin while you can Beam Boy.
