It is hard to predict who the best college football team in 2023 will be, but there are a few teams that I think have a good chance of winning the national championship. These teams include:

Alabama Crimson Tide
Georgia Bulldogs
Ohio State Buckeyes
Clemson Tigers
Oklahoma Sooners
USC Trojans
Texas Longhorns
Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Michigan Wolverines
Penn State Nittany Lions

Alabama Crimson Tide: The Crimson Tide are always a threat to win the national championship, and they have a new head coach in Nick Saban's former defensive coordinator, Bill O'Brien.
Ohio State Buckeyes: The Buckeyes have one of the most talented quarterbacks in the country in C.J. Stroud, and they have a lot of other weapons on offense, including running back TreVeyon Henderson and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish: The Fighting Irish have a new head coach in Marcus Freeman, but they have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball, including quarterback Jack Coan and defensive lineman Kyle Hamilton.
Clemson Tigers: The Tigers have struggled in recent years, but they have a new head coach in Dabo Swinney's former offensive coordinator, Brent Venables.

These are just a few of the teams that I think could be contenders for the national championship in 2023. It's still early in the year, so anything can happen, but these teams are all loaded with talent and have the potential to win it all.
