I’m still not sure what I think of grown men wearing a college kids football jersey. Seems a little weird to me.

When I was at Clemson, it was 3 yds and a cloud of dust. We would go to Grant's Field in Atlanta, and expect to lose. FB Tigers are much more exciting now. And Shipley, is an example of high character player that is recruited.

We can all support them by wearing their Jersey

If wearing the jersey is a way to support their school, education and future career of being a Clemson gentleman then it’s a great reason to wear their name on a jersey. It’s cheering them on and it will help the future of Clemson an our future recruits.
It shows we stand behind them as they strive to be great to help the school we all love, respecting the work they put in daily, the effort they give, the example they set and it shows that we will stand behind them as they strive to be great leaders that give back to Clemson and in all walks of life.
We should never be above lifting others up and cheering for them on to do well in sports, academics, charity, leadership, excellence etc…
Wearing somebody else’s name doesn’t mean ours isn’t important or we support everything they do it’s a form of encouragement, gratitude and support for them and our school, team or church.
I still wear my daughters name, jersey and barn when she’s showing horses on the weekends, probably always will. I also wear the name of the others and even make banners when they show especially at National Championships!

a t-shirt that says "Stupid", and she wears one that says "I'm with Stupid". It's how she supports me.

I still think it’s strange. I wear a T shirt that says Texas, or Clemson, or even Michigan. But, there’s also over 100 guys on the team and I’m for all of them and not just the crowd favorite QB.

I don't think its weird, the (kids) are still adults and its no dif than 40+ yr old men wearing NFL jerseys of guys in their 20s. Only thing alil weird is maybe wrapping their arm around them like the pic in the article. A jersey is just a jersey representing the school/team.

NFL jerseys are weird, too. Plus, if I’m picking a favorite on the team it’s going to be a lineman, not a Glamour boy QB. Just sport a t-shirt that says Clemson and be done with it instead of looking like a stalker.

Why such a strong opinion on what other people wear? I don't wear them either but if that's your thing then knock yourself out.

Guy in the photo looks like he's carrying a Cade Klubnic cutout.
