Streeter to retain them? I am fully aware that their love of this job is more than simply money, but none the less, I Isuspect there will be some serious suitors soon.

44216.00 should be the game bonus for each of the assistant coaches.

Back the Brinks truck to Dabo's front door and let him decide what it will take to keep him and his staff together.

I like that idea. Dabo can get in the back on the truck and just throw the money out.

this year, both probably in the 1.25m range next year. Just keep Brent close to the highest paid DC as we have. Raises all around though

"serious suitors soon"??
Do you really think they haven't already had "serious suitors"?
I have no proof, but I would wager most of the CU staff has been turning down offers for several years now.
My FiL keeps saying, "As soon as somebody offers Dabo a big raise he's gonna be gone!"
He thinks everybody's life revolves around the almighty $. I tried to tell him Dabo's life revolved around The Almighty but not the $!

I’m thinking Dabo is probably going to say “hey I’ve got enough now no more raises for me let’s give it all to the staff”. I’m thinking he’s doing OK even outside of his salary with merchandise, camps, speaking engagements if he desires, etc. Money is not the measure of a man.
