He came in brought no coach's with him, he working with the problem that was already in place . I am 52 years old and have never heard of this and we did it on both side's of the ball.tom has all but said he would not have recuited most of these guys. The blow covers are from guys that dont know how to play ball

he NEGLECTED the program for some holier than thou soap box he thought he could stand on and prove to the world that HIS way would work.......now here we are.

I agree with you. A lot of the guys we have are fall back options due to recruiting misses by this staff. You have to give a guy time to get his players in his system.

Not much IMO. He was not able to bring in assistants with him. He inherited a friends and family not much experience staff, and a slow defense with a bunch of fall back guys. He deserves more time and at least give the man some speed to work with.
