at the very beginning , they would let you enter the stadium with it . you had to stay in the concourse
then that changed within 30mins
it was a a huge hit though . and honestly nothing seemed different
|

Those around me said bud lite was $9. Ultra was $11.
He looked at me and said….I’ve made two beer runs and spent $47. I laughed and said….there’s still 2 minutes left in the 1st quarter.

When I was a grad student at the University of Louisville in 1980, there was a small store near campus where you could get a 6 pack for $1.25. Don't remember the name but was better than Bud. Course anything is better than Bud.

I don’t drink but support us selling it. The atmosphere was no different today. People are going to come in drunk and still bring in small bottles so why not earn some more money on folks who are willing to pay that much? Seemed like a easy decision that we should have implemented a couple of years ago.
