How many 1 loss teams will be ranked ahead of Clemson?q

I'm guessing 2, but it will be at least that many.

Georgia and Ole Miss. Any others?

BTW, anybody think there is any way ACC or Big 12 get two teams into the playoffs? The only possibility I can see is if an 11-1 Clemson beats a 12-0 Miami in Charlotte.

But, even with Miami's easy schedule, I think VT showed that the Canes are a long way from being 12-0.

They have a worse loss (if you ignore the fact our loss was by 31 pts) than us, but they also have two better wins than us. Many people are going to value those wins more, and that's perfectly fine.

LSU, USC, ND and Michigan. Possibly even Utah. If Stanford had been ranked, the Tigers would likely have taken a higher jump up the rankings but I don't see that happening with this home field win...

Those four teams plus maybe Old Miss will be just above us. Utah will probably drop down to about eighteen is my guess.

...the benefit of getting on Tnet AFTER the AP pool comes out. 😀
