The difference is evidence of a crime. Evidence. I know MAGAs have a real hard time with that word, but evidence of a crime is the differentiating factor there.
And criminals SHOULD be prosecuted no matter how they vote. I don't think I've heard anyone say otherwise, except for MAGAs. ... But to be clear, how you vote is not a criminal act.

How many political opponents did Trump prosecute as POTUS? Even after Trump was told Billary had committed multiple felonies, Trump would not prosecute her for unity and good of the Nation. HMMM. Sounds like someone is brainwashed with hate! Try drinking beer and socializing at ESSO rather the living in hate.

If she wins, it will be over the confusion of many women that Harris will be able to do something on the federal level to liberalize abortion laws.
That being said, it will remain up to each state only unless Harris wins, Dems take the House, keep the Senate and nuke the filibuster.
That could happen, but is unlikely.
If she wins, Dems will use that to try to elect more Dems to Congress in 2026, but by then Harris will have been on full display for 2 years and I doubt she picks up seats.
The only changes in abortion law will occur on a state by state basis and incrementally.
It is really that simple.

Abortion is going to be at the state level for a while now. Why wasn't Roe v Wade made into a law during it's 50 year life? There were plenty of opportunities. Representatives and Senators spout a lot of jibjerish about abortion but they don't want their vote on record. Most in Congress like their cushy job fleecing Americans while getting rich from lobbyist and don't want to risk the repercussions of a vote on abortion either way.

My point is, that the Democrat party and The Libs of Tnet are stating that abortion will decide this election.
I just want to hear from those people making that claim; what is Kamala going to do to make that a legitimate argument?
