It's pretty clear that some of the residents of Springfield have resentment for the immigrants there.

I was waiting for someone to provide some proof, or credible evidence of any of the claims, and I'm still waiting.

Look, this is not new, we have always had immigrants settle in certain areas. That how Chinatowns, and lil Italy, and Koreatowns, are created. When this happens in smaller towns locals usually are against the changes of their town. Its very easy to "other" and make them worse and less than us. Many of the steps were in this clip and usually always (I heard...)

They get away with things we don't
My Tax dollars pay for their...
They're taking our jobs, homes, lands
Their committing crimes
Their bringing desease
They worship weird gods/practice Voodu/Witchcraft...
They hate America
They speak their own language
They at Fluffy/Spot

Proof is not available from either the Springfield govt, who labels the claims from residents about the ‘false’ nature of their complaints about Haitians. There is no proof that those claims are false.

Evidence from the Springfield residents is in the form of their testimonies. Evidence is not the same thing as proof.

People who are not well off, I.e. the people in whose neighborhoods the Haitian immigrants will be housed, are not likely to be sporting expensive I-Phones or other camera / video recording capable devices. Nor is their budget likely robust enough to bear the cost of the monthly service fees. Even if the residents brought a BBQ’d cat carcass to the city council meetings, this evidence would no more constitute “proof” than the testimony of the residents.

Nor are the numerous testimonies from Springfield residents that their own city council and police departments do not conduct vigorous and timely follow up investigations. The city of Springfield has local government leadership that very well may be compromised; S’field mayor Rob Rue owns numerous rental properties in Springfield under his Littleton Properties business. Rental property owners across the country are reaping windfalls from renting out their properties (even including high end properties) to new & fairly recent arrival immigrants because the federal government provides a generous monthly stipend to the landlord for each immigrant that gets housed in a given rental property. The rental property owners are packing their rental properties with more occupants than they would ever get from a normal family. The immigrants don’t complain, and so the rental property owner is living large. I haven’t looked hard enough to find specific information linking Mayor Rob Rue to windfall rental property profits via Littleton Properties.

Regardless, Mayor Rue is in a business that stands to profit mightily if it starts renting out its properties to the Haitian immigrants. It would probably take an investigation by the State of Ohio’s law enforcement investigative organization to prove this in a short period of time. With OH governor Mike DeWine a big proponent of the flood of Haitian immigrants into his state, and with his influence with the State of Ohio investigative organization, then no one should anticipate an honest or timely investigation into S’field mayor Rob Rue’s likely criminal conflict of interest.

In the meantime, the Uniparty propaganda networks continue to publishing their fake ‘false’ verdicts about the testimonies from S’field residents whose lives have been negatively impacted by the Haitian immigrant influx.
