The first round loss to McNeese would be easier to swallow if they had played lights out to make it so, instead of us dropping a historic no show in the opening frame, then continuing to do so opening up the 2nd half, to hand it to them.

It's a maddening cycle where Brad gets props and further commitments from the AD following a stretch of success then promptly craps the bed after, either a pending post-season or over his long tenure here entire seasons following. He is at his best when he is on the hot seat. When he's seated at the nice table, waited on, and offered a daiquiri and an appetizer, it goes to ####.

I was getting at would we have been satisfied with a win over McNeese and a loss to Purdue? Would the feelings about our coach/program have been significantly better? Or would it have taken two wins to feel significantly better?

If "if"s and "but"s were candy and nuts, we'd all have a ... happy Easter.

Just beating McNeese State and playing decently vs Purdue would have completely changed the season.

Delulu. We lost to a horrible team.

Most weren't upset about losing to McNeese State...

They were upset because of the way we lost. Let's be honest, the team looked like $#!7 in all three of its post-season games.

How about if we didn't set an NCAA record for futility in a half on national television?
