How did some of you come up with your TigerNet Tag?

Way back when I signed up, I named my Tag after gift I received from my grandmother. She has since past away. I came up with Tigerrag89, the year I was born and the gift she gave me from her first game in Death Valley.
I have seen some of you guys tags and I have scratched my head at a few.
It’s solid orange Friday and I’ll like to start a conversation.

I have been going to Death Valley since the days of Coach Howard and later in life I always enjoyed hearing his interviews. That man was funny! So HowardsBoy popped into my head the day I signed up for the Tigernets.
A side story - I had neighbors petition the town to name their street "Bowden Lane" and this was pre-Tommy. I assumed they were FSU fans. So I named a street Frank Howard Lane right next to it. Go Tigers!

Back in mid 1968, I was in Vietnam and my platoon SGT put me up front walking point. I moved us thru a few rice paddies and then into tall elephant grass. I was standing up trying to see the next jungle line when the SGT came up and we halted in place with 360* defense.
SGT told me, "son you're walking way too tall".. I asked him how in the hell was I supposed to guide the platoon if I can't see and you fkers and low crawling behind me..." About 20-30 mins later all hell broke loose...
So, from then on, the called me Walkingtall or just WT. Had nothing to do with the movies...

The two nick names I had in college. I was called Bigun because I was the offensive center in our pickup football games (no pads and full tackle) with other teams. If you think we did not play anybody, the only game we lost was to a team with Kendricks at QB, Buddy King playing LB and a few other regular varsity football players.
The name Fat Rat was the name I received while coaching Little League Football for the Y. That is all I was known by out there, except by the Staff. Had a professor Call me Mr. Fat Rat when I took a course a year after his child played Little League. The names stuck over the years when I was back up in the Clemson area.
