How can the Perimeter Players

at Wake/Duke (WRs) be more elite than Clemson U. Our WR ineptness is going into it’s 3rd season and it’s not like we have a backup 5star waiting in the wings. We were WRU just 3 years ago... if us average old fans can see the decline I believe Dabo surely sees it. There has to be some “fresh blood/coaches brought into our WR room

our WRs think they are elite (WRU products)
in reality -- they don't stand a chance against competition because they practice against defenses that get destroyed by every team.

I mean it's been 2 seasons + that every QB we play looks generational.

it's a toxic and downward trending culture issue that is occurring

so sayeth Dabo. That should give you your answer. :) The friends and family 'coaching' is not doing their jobs on the offensive side.

I'm fine with us getting the recruits and being a developmental program; just do some developing in the OL and WR rooms.

I agree.. but the ones Grish is responsible for bringing in have played/developed worse than Wake & Duke’s. That’s just hard to understand after 3 years.

You are spot on with this. Even the gamecock receivers run wide open, yet our receivers are blanketed. Gamecocks had explosive plays vs Notre Dame yesterday, but we had none. Sad really.
