Yeah going 8 or 9 innings without being able to score a run doesn’t build confidence. Sucks because earlier this year we were just destroying the ball. I guess injuries have caught up.

One of the ESECPN announcers last night stated that "as Cam goes, so goes Clemson." Boy was he ever correct on that one! Except he forgot to add Obertop. A guy hits 5 homers in 2 games and then whiffs 5 times in one game out of the cleanup slot? That tends to shut down your planned offense. Jimmy is really good behind the plate and we need his presence in the game but looks like somebody could coach him up re: that uppercut swing of his and level him out some because with that swing it's gonna be Home runs or strikeouts and nothing in between.
