I would recommend the area between pleasantburg and Laurens rd. The houses on and off of E Parkins Mill and Parkins mill rd.

Anderson is a great area if you like lake living... Greenville is great but gets really busy with all the traffic.

live on the side of town you work on.
if you work downtown you can live most anywhere.
I work on south side so I live on south side.
I would NEVER live in Fountain Inn ans work in TR or vice versa.
Really something for everyone. Lofts downtown, houses on North Main, suburban stuff, and even mountain houses above town. get far enough out and can get property if you can find/afford it.
Look at schools too. all are not the best.
