Maybe Garret should consult his brother

I'm sure Lincoln could give him some better ideas on how to call effective plays. Unless Dabo really is interfering like we assume he is.. if that's the case then it wouldn't matter. Just a thought 🤷

Come on man this is a foolish response. You know he’s one of the best offensive minds in the country. He’s produced three Heisman trophy winners

This is a stupid response and I'm sure you're aware of that. His problem is his defenses are never good, but his offenses are always the best in the country and he has had several Heisman QB's as another poster mentioned.

He took Oklahoma to the playoffs several times, and they put up plenty of points in those games. The only reason he couldn't win the playoff games is because the defense couldn't stop the other team from scoring.

Honestly I would love to see a candid convo between the two...

about what's going on at Clemson.

Would never happen in a million years, but I would love an in depth breakdown of exactly what is going wrong and why.

You’d have to be a complete idiot to not know what’s wrong with Clemson.

Dabo won't adapt and he won't abandon his blind loyalty and hubris. The End.

Maybe...

I'm not convinced that any of those is the answer.

Dabo not adapting - maybe depending on what you mean. I think the transfer portal is overblown as an explanation when it comes to the question of why we can't run an offense. However, if you mean he's not adapting by changing what his offense is trying to do... that's certainly a live option and that's what I would love to hear two offensive coaches who have performed at a high level discuss.

Blind loyalty - okay but he just fired two former players after 1 year each (Technically Austin was an assistant O-line coach for a year before being promoted) and went and got what everyone thought were upgrades. Or perhaps loyalty to players and won't make needed personnel changes (DJ comes to mind, and the young wideouts not getting in yesterday as well)? Again, would love to hear those guys discuss competition and why guys are or aren't being stuck with.

Hubris - yeah, but that's likely all head coaches and especially after winning a couple of titles and a 65 million buyout.
